Anoop Desai’s “Zero.0”

Posted: 24 Mar 2011 05:16 PM PDT

Season 8′s Anoop Desai released the first part of his music trilogy, “Zero.0,” today. Currently, “Zero.0″ is available for free on Billboard.com. On April 20, the album will become available on iTunes.

Anoop explained why they’re offering it for free for the first month saying, “So that EVERYONE can enjoy and share the music. This is important to me because the past year and a half has been all about my fans and I working together, and this is no different. The ‘Zero’ Trilogy is primarily about bringing you music that I hope you will love. It’s about bringing back the fidelity of the human voice. Today, I’m asking you to be the life blood of this project and help me continue to offer my music to the world.”

The plan is to release Zero.1 in July and Zero.2 a few months after. Anoop released his debut album, All Is Fair, last May. Last month, Anoop made his music video debut with “All Is Fair (Crazy Love).”
