We have an opportunity with one of our client for Sales Consultant role.

our products an essential resource for companies locally and worldwide.
The Bangalore office is currently recruiting sales and business
development staff responsible for sales activities in India.
It has an established client base in Packaging, Packaged Food and
Beverages, Beauty and Personal Care, Consumer Health, Consumer
Appliances and so on.
Role:
As a Business Development Account Manager (BDAM), you will be
responsible for developing new business from these clients as well as
supporting the day-to-day needs of a client portfolio. Therefore, this
position requires you to be a highly self-motivated sales professional
in the business-to-business arena as well as possess the ability to
develop strong relationships with the clients.
Key responsibilities
To secure repeat business, create new business opportunities and build
stronger relationships with an existing portfolio of clients.
Specifically, your responsibilities will be:
* Developing client relationships
* understand company organisation, strategy and priority
* grow network of database users of Euromonitor”s market database
* give new users face-to-face or online training
* grow usage of the market database
* successfully convey benefits of the database and Euromonitor”s research methodology
* Securing contract renewal for each client
* Securing increased revenue
* Provide expert research support to all clients, through
detailed understanding of Euromonitor”s product portfolio and
research methodology
* Encouraging information sharing to improve quality of Euromonitor”s market data
* Delivering industry presentations
* Collaborating with research teams
* develop product offering to meet the changing needs of our client base
* leverage research and industry expertise into the client base
* help where possible to grow contact between our analyst and industry personnel
For this role, the ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum Bachelor”s Degree
* Between 3 to 6 years of proven working experience in a client
management role securing repeat and new business in the B2B arena
* Knowledge of consumer market trends and dynamics
* International perspective
* Ability to conduct successful negotiations with senior management
* Superb organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Goal-oriented, target-driven and able to work under pressure to produce results
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken English, fluency
in Hindi and any other regional dialect will be advantageous
* Market research, consulting, account management and/or industry analyst experience is a plus
