| Why Is ‘Castle’ Kissing Someone New? Posted: 05 Feb 2012 02:37 AM PST This week’s “Castle” is going totally film noir. In “The Blue Butterfly,” Castle and Beckett discover that the murder case they’re investigating is linked to a homicide from 1947 involving a lot of mystery and a very tough private detective. They soon realize that they have to crack the old case to solve the new one, and we get to see them acting out the parts in some very cool flashbacks. Yes, it’s another chance to see Castle and Beckett hooking up onscreen, without them actually hooking up (oh, those smart “Castle” writers!), but if Castle’s private eye guy is really the cream in Beckett’s femme fatale character’s coffee as she says, why is he kissing another woman? Check out our fun first look at this stylishly cinematic episode.

| Demi Moore Seeking Treatment at Utah’s Cirque Lodge Posted: 05 Feb 2012 02:37 AM PST Actress Demi Moore may be seeking treatment at the famed Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah, according to multiple “Extra” sources. (Scroll down to the bottom for the latest update!)  Demi has not been seen since her friends made the frantic 911 call last week that led to Moore’s hospitalization. Her location has been the subject of wild speculation, some reports saying she’s seeking “spiritual counseling,” and now “Extra” has learned she may be getting it at Cirque. Listen to the 911 call. The Lodge is a celebrity mecca of sorts. It’s famous rehab alumni reportedly include Lindsay Lohan, Melanie Griffith, Eva Mendes, and Mary-Kate Olsen. Is Demi Praying with Ashton Kutcher?  The center treats its patients for a wide range of issues — from alcohol abuse to stimulant addiction — using a treatment program individually tailored to each patient. They are best known, however, for their “outdoor experiential therapy,” which includes therapy sessions in a helicopter. They call it “a life-enhancing heli-experience.” Patients can also go on hikes, engage in equine therapy, and even do a ropes course. For more information on Cirque Lodge, click here. UPDATE: Sources tell “Extra” that security has increased in the Sundance area, which usually indicates a high-profile person is in town. UPDATE: E! News reported Moore checked into Utah’s Cirque Lodge. According to the site, “A source tells E! News Moore entered the facility the week following her now infamous Jan. 23 hospitalization, after she suffered seizure-like symptoms during a party at her home in the Benedict Canyon area of Los Angeles.” The actress has also been “consulting with an intuitive healer and psychic medium.”

| Courtney Love to Sue Over Leaked Court Documents Posted: 05 Feb 2012 02:36 AM PST Courtney Love plans to sue over leaked “confidential” deposition papers filed by her daughter, Francis Bean Cobain. According to the NY Post, the documents alleged Love’s drug use, and claimed the family dog and cat died as a result of her drug-induced behavior.  The paperwork was filed in 2009 when Francis was seeking a restraining order against her mom. Love’s attorney, James Janowitz, is investigating how website, The Fix, and a new e-book, “Courtney Comes Clean,” was able to directly quote statements from the papers. Janowitz explained, “I was the lawyer who worked on these [family court] proceedings in Los Angeles, and the filing was confidential and sealed as is customary in these kind of cases. I don’t know how they were disclosed. When I find out what happened, we will take the appropriate legal action.” The shocking court papers claimed the family cat died after getting “entangled” in Love’s piles of possessions, while the dog, Uncle Fester, allegedly swallowed some of Love’s prescription pills. The papers also said Cobain was concerned over her mother’s prescription drug use and starting fires while smoking in bed — a dangerous move the Hole singer has made more than once. The Fix editor and author Maer Roshan said, “I honestly regret that Courtney is upset. While there’s been lots of press about the deposition, reviews of the book have universally commented on its nuanced and empathetic portrayal. As most people know, Courtney is not a model of discretion. The details about the deposition are absolutely true, and I stand by every word in the book.”

Together, they will continue the drive to raise awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, and other forms of heart disease, in addition to promoting mandatory heart screenings for young people everywhere. Lee joins fellow American Idol contestant Andrew Garcia, who joined the Gable Heart Beats Community in November 2010. Both are part of a growing community of athletes, musicians, comedians, and celebrities that now work with the Gable Heart Beats Foundation around the world. “We are thrilled and honored to welcome Lee DeWyze’s contribution to our efforts,” said Foundation Executive Director, Amy Mayo. “His music, energy, and determination to make the world a better place embody the core spirit of the Gable Heart Beats Foundation.” In August 2011, Lee starred in a promotional video for the Foundation.
