| Mini Recap: Musical Highs in Music City Posted: 29 Jan 2011 08:32 AM PST When American Idol traveled to Nashville, Tennessee for the second time in the show’s history we saw many highs, including the highest and longest note imaginable. We met beauty queens, country crooners, and vocal powerhouses. In one hour, we saw solid performances from a dental hygienist with “an animated voice,” an ex-couple, a mystery man in a fully enclosed leotard, and quite a few singers whose voices carried in the historic Ryman Auditorium.
