Comedy King Dolphy, Diagnosed With 4th Stage Lung Cancer

Matagal ko itong tinago dahil sa respeto na rin sa desisyon ng pamilya ni Sir Dolphy na itago sa taong bayan ang masamang balitang ito. Ginawa ko itong Blind Item (sa byxbuzz Fan Page)at ginawa ko ang lahat para walang makahula, pero I think it's about time, lahat ng balita ay lalabas sa takdang panahon, at ito na siguro ang takdang panahon. Ito ay pinost ko after isiwalat ng Pinoy Parazzi ang balitang ito.

Dolphy has 4th stage Lung Cancer (pwera sa akin, pwera sa family ko at pwera sa ating lahat)... at alam mo ba winish ni Sir Dolphy na magkaroon sila ng family reunion last Holiday season dahil sa 4th stage na nga ang kanyang sakit (pwera sa akin, pwera sa family ko at pwera sa ating lahat)

At alam ninyo ba na iilan lang ang taong nakakaalam na may sakit siya. Maski na ilan sa kanyang kamag-anak ay di alam ang kalagayan niya. Nalaman lang nila nang sabihin ito sa kanila sa nasabing reunion at lahat sila ay di napigilang umiyak. :(

Kaya nga ni-request ko sa lahat na panoorin ang "Father Jejemon" bilang ito na ang kanyang last Film (dahilito ang kanyang sinasabi sa mga interviews). Ginawa ko ang request upang pagbibigay galang at respeto sa ating Hari ng Komedya, at para mabawasan ang sakit na kanyang nararamdaman, syempre pag artista ka masarap sa pakiramdam na malaki kita ng pelikula mo na mahal ka pa rin ng mga tao. Kaya bwiset na bwiset ako doon sa mga grupo na nagpapakalat ng mga text messages na huwag panoorin ang pelikula ni Sir Dolphy. Hello, di niya sinasadya iyon at humingi na siya ng sorry at saka mayroon yata silang Pari sa set to tell kung ano ang mali at tama, pero ang Paring ito ang pumalpak.

Itinago ko ang balitang ito, dahil bawal ipaalam. Itinago ko dahil sa ginagalang at nirerespeto ko si Sir Dolphy. Kaya ko ngayon binalita, dahil nabalita na o na-isahre ng ibang kamag-anak ni Sir Dolphy. Nakakaloka nag Pinoy Parazzi kasi ginamit nila ang word na TANING, ayoko ng word na iyon dahil naniniwala ako na may himala pa.

Kahit sa kanyang kalagayan ay hinde niya ginamit ang kanyang karamdaman para kumita ang kanyang pelikula. Itinago niya ito sa marami dahil ayaw niyang lumungkot ang mga taong sumusuporta at nagmamahal sa kanya. Ganyan tayo kamahal ni Sir Dolphy!!!

Sana patuloy nating ipagdasal na sana ay may Himalang mangyari sa kanya. Isa syang napakabait na tao. Maraming Salamat Sir Dolphy sa lahat-lahat!!!

Dahil sa kasikatan (kagwapuhan) ng magkapatid na James and Phil Younghusband ng Philippine Azkal Team sa Indonesia, inalok ng isang Indonesian company ang dalawa upang maglaro sa kanilang Pro Team.

Pero ngayong araw, itinanggi ng magkaptid na sila ay sasali sa Indonesian Pro Football Team! Eh kelan naman kay nila aaminin na may gusto sila sa akin? Hahaha... Naku bilisan nila no, kasi choosy ako!!!

Few months ago, Ging Reyes replaced Maria Ressa as ABS-CBN News Dept. Head, when the latter resigned from his job. Ging was forced to leave her job in the US as North America News Bureau Chief of ABS-CBN News.

Today, ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs announced that "The Brew" host Nadia Trinidad is the New ABS-CBN's North America News Bureau Chief. Congrats Nadia!!!

After the success of the recently concluded 'Pinoy Big Brother Double Up', which for me is the best season so far, the Big Brother House will once again open for the 3rd Teen Edition. It has a tentative title of 'Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Clash Of 2010'.

According to my reliable source, the Manila Audition will be held on 22 February 2010 so be ready. Actually, they also had auditions for this season last year.

The age limit had also been lowered to 14-17 years old for the Teen Edition. But of course you need to register via text.

The show will be called as 'Pilipinas Got More Talent', which will be hosted by the rock band vocalist Marc Abaya. Of course this is the daily spin-off show of 'Pilipinas Got Talent', which will start on 20 February 2010, will air every Saturdays and Sundays.

Just a couple of hours ago, I received a text message asking if I was free this Sunday night and I was willing to guest on Pinoy Big Brother Double Up! I thought it was a prank, given it's no secret how much I love the series. Then I received a call from someone from the show asking the same thing. Apparently, word got to them that I was such a big fan. Are you serious? Do I want to guest on the show that's responsible for my ongoing sleep deprivation? I wake up before 5am everyday, and yet I make it a point not to miss any episode as much as humanly possible, no matter how late at night it airs. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll get to meet the housemates, but if I understood it right, I do get to see the confession room. Good grief, I'm just so excited! I feel so lucky to be invited to a show I watch all the time! It's like guesting on Survivor, or American Idol, or The Amazing Race! It's like asking a kid if he wanted to visit a candy store!

Oh well, I don't really know what exactly we're supposed to do, but whatever it is, I'm really looking forward to it. If ever I'd be allowed to take pictures, I'll make sure to post them. I hope I get to take a photo of me in the confession room. So if all goes as planned, you'll be seeing me sa bahay ni Kuya! Happy!

Okay I'm so nervous about going inside Big Brother's house. I'm a breakdown short of losing it! So let me post something to calm my nerves. I should be taking a nap or something, but I don't think I'll be able to sleep. I'm so stressed! I've been on television before, but I've never been THIS nervous about an appearance! I just don't want to bungle up while I'm there. Plus, I'm such a fan of the show that The nervousness and the excitement are both getting my insides in a knot! This is exactly how I felt when I was to visit Disneyland for the first time when I was a kid. I had diarrhea the day before because I was so excited. Anyway, sorry, I'm a bundle of nerves. That's why I need to do something or I'll go crazy…

My PBB Experience!

I was a complete wreck. I was a hyperventilation away from a nervous breakdown. Lord knows we've had so many TV appearances in the past (we even had a TV show of our own back in the day), but I swear, hands down, this was the TV guesting I was MOST nervous about, EVER! I guess the stress stemmed from the fact that I was such a big fan of the series. I have to admit that I never really watched Pinoy Big Brother in the past, except maybe a few episodes when Rico Robles went in, but to actually follow the series, never. But somehow this season really got me hooked. I have foregone many a good night's sleep just to stay up until after 11pm just to catch the show, even if I have to wake up at 4:30 the next morning.

So imagine my blood rush when they actually invited me to be part of the show! Dream. Come. True. Even if it was just a few minutes in the house, I was beyond excited. I kept myself busy the whole day Sunday, even hosting a children's party in the morning and blogging in the afternoon, just to settle my frazzled nerves. It didn't work. I completely skipped dinner because I didn't want to look fat (hahaha!). I mean, with the extra 10 pounds that the camera adds, I'd be 20 pounds overweight! Anyway, when time came, and after what seemed like 12 outfit changes, I started driving towards ABS-CBN, when I suddenly realized, as I approached Timog, that I left my camera at home! I wanted some sort of remembrance, and I forget my camera! I made a quick u-turn and headed back home, with about 20 minutes before the call time, and I drove like a demon on wheels back to my house, got the camera, and whizzed back, past the cars on the northbound lane of EDSA, and was at the ABS-CBN parking lot with 5 minutes to spare.

When I got to the front of the house, there was a group of teens taking pictures in front of the gate. I texted my contact, but he wasn't answering. I started to panic. What if it was all a prank? What if it was a nasty prank to humiliate me after I tell all my friends that I'm guesting on my favorite show? The horror of the thought! I started breaking into a cold sweat and my breathing became laboured. Then, I started worrying less about the humiliation, and more about the sudden flood of disappointment that I wasn't seeing the inside of the house after all! But just as I was about to start bawling on the sidewalk like a little child, out came Dong of ABS-CBN to fetch me, who was by then a complete mess.

We walked into the house but not the house we see on TV, but the rest of an actually huge complex, housing offices, studios, and even the other house for their other reality show, the Dream Academy? Then they brought me into the room, and there was Maui Taylor, whom I've known since our diving days, and soon after Ma'am Peppin from UST, Dimples Romana and then Direk Wenn Deramas. After about an hour, we were suddenly fitted with our own lapel mics (yes, exactly like the ones the housemates use), and ushered through some dark corridors, when I suddenly realized, we were right outside the housemates' room! From where we were, we could see their bedroom, complete with their clothes strewn about, and it was so surreal! I was just imagining how cool it would have been if they were actually in the room when we passed! Then they opened the door, and I froze. It was the confession room (*faint*).

It was much more colorful and bigger than I expected. The colors on our TV at least, were much more muted than the splash of colors that greeted us. Almost immediately, Big Brother started talking to us, and instructing us on who should sit where. It was just the most surreal experience, hearing kuya address me by name. To be honest, I had goosebumps the first time he called me. It was like half goosebumps-half scared. Kuya's voice rang with godlike authority, yet infused with unearthly warmth. Then, someone mentioned how sayang it was that we didn't have a camera. Then I realized I forget that I was holding one the whole time! So I told everyone that I had a camera with me. Prodded by my co-panelists, we asked kuya if we could take one picture. Since kuya was busy with the debate, we got no answer. So I set up the camera to take one shot. It turned out perfect! Then, within seconds, someone went into the room to get the camera. Busted!

Then we were instructed to just talk about anything that pops into our heads while watching the Big Debate. We didn't really know which part of our many conversations they would actually use, so we just kept on blabbing. Then, after talking and talking and talking, the debate ended. Later we found out that we were introduced, but we had no idea because they didn't show us how the program was going. People have told me I looked nervous – it was because I was. I just didn't know if I understood what we were supposed to do. After the debate was over, kuya started to address us again. I really tend to jump up everytime he speaks. I find it weird when I see the housemates do it, but now I know it could be pretty disconcerting when you suddenly hear the out-of-this-realm voice of Big Brother. Then we were asked what we thought of the debate, and after we went one by one, we were asked the question that I was dreading: "Who did we think should win?" Watch tonight as to how the five of us answered, I wouldn't want to pre-empt it. But let me just say that of the final five, take Johan out and the remaining four have always been my top four picks from the very first episode I caught. So I'd be happy if any of the four makes it as the Big Winner. Nothing against Johan, but the other four really are my favorites. Unfortunately though, kuya made each of us choose only one. After that, kuya asked us if we enjoyed the experience and then thanked us for dropping by. I almost didn't want to leave.

On our way out, we passed by the same corridors with the one-way mirrors looking into the house and when I glanced inside the windows…THE HOUSEMATES WERE THERE. I remember when I was a kid, the first time I saw Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck in Disneyland Anaheim, I cried! I couldn't believe I was meeting my childhood heroes. It kind of brought me back to that. It was way weird watching them in their room, as they spoke with Korina Sanchez. It almost felt illegal watching them. I felt like a pervert peeping tom, looking into some stranger's house! Everyone got so excited that we made so much noise. Suddenly, we saw all the housemates turn their heads, and pointed to the windows where we were. Apparently, they could hear us. Paul Jake and Tibo even went to the windows and tried to listen to what we were saying! They all look much bigger in person, maybe because I'm used to seeing them small on TV. I swear, that was just sooo cool.

I hardly remember what happened after that. Everything was a blur. Maybe it was the adrenaline rush fading, but the next thing I remember, I was zooming along EDSA southbound, heading back home. Surreal was the word for it. I had a big smile when I got home. To whoever suggested guesting me on PBB: THANK YOU! The whole experience brought out the kid in me again. Being in the industry tends to jade oneself after one too many brushes with celebs. It's nice to know I can experience wonderment in its simplest form. Thanks, kuya!

Tibo Is The FINAL EVICTEE Of 'Pinoy Big Brother Double Up'

That's the latest results of the official poll of 'Pinoy Big Brother Double Up' (Thanks to all MelaSons for this). But here is the latest result (as of 6 February 2010 Afternoon) of my poll for the BIG WINNER (You can still vote vote everyday until 13 February 2010 JUST CLICK HERE!!!)



Here is the result. Tibo got the lowest number of votes he only got 3%, which is his highest since the poll started last week. And based on this poll, Tibo has the big chance to be evicted tonight.

While Melai got the highest number of votes and she is still leading the poll, but she only got 38% (percentage of votes), which is her lowest. Her highest was 63% then from the past few days she maintained 38%.

Second is Paul Jake, but when this poll started, he was 4th Big placer, then few days after he reached the TOP 2 level. His lowest was 10% and his hoghest was 26% but as of now he gets 24%.

Mariel is surprise for me, she is currently the 3rd Big Placer, while Jason is the 4th Big Placer from 2nd Big Placer. While Johan needs to work more.

Yes, tuloy na nga ang paglipat ni Cheryl Cosim sa TV 5. Nakalipat na din si Luchi Cruz Valdez (former Kapuso) na nagkaroon ng internal problem sa ABS-CBN New last year na kinampihan naman ni Karen Davila. At ang nakakaloka rito ay lumipat na si DJ Sta. Ana sa TV 5 para sa News Operation, DJ is the husband of Karen Davila, gaya ni Karen galing din sya ng GMA at nag-transfer din sa kapamilya station.

This year, babalik na si VP Noli de Castro sa TV at malamang sa hinde ay bumali siya sa 'TV Patrol' at kapag bumalik sya meaning may matatanggal. Hmmm... ang friend at asawa ni Karen ay nasa TV 5, susunod kaya sya? Let's see...

Few days ago, I posted here about sa Town House sa Pampanga na mapapalunan ng isa sa mga Housemates, maliban pa sa Big Winner. On that time, I told you guys, na sina Tibo at Johan ang napili nila, but their final decision (dahil na rin sa paawa effect ni Johan) ay sina Jason at Johan ang napili.

Silang dalawa ang unang susubok sa White Room Challenge ng 'Pinoy Big Brother Double Up', yes this is very first time sa PBB. But this kind of chsllenge was also used in 'Big Brother (Australia)'. Base sa napanood ko sa Live Stream kanina, maliit na room lang siya, ayon kay Tibo eto yung CR ng House B. Take note, ang suot lang nila ay puting damit, gatas ang iinumin, at mga pagkaing kulay puti lamang.



Ano ang gagawin nila doon, matira matibay sa bugnutan. Yes wala silang gagawin doon kundi ang mag-stay lang doon, pero di ganun kadali yun kasi nakakaloka daw ang ganung challenge, lalo pa at malapit na ang Big Night as in marami ang kanilang naiisip. Isa itong mental challenge na makikita sa ilang Hollywood films at di umano ay ginagamit sa Mental Hospital.

Maraming nagulat nang malaman ng marami na sa Ninoy Aquino Stadium gaganapin ang 'Pinoy Big Brother Double Up: Big Date At The Big Night' dahil maliit daw ito at di nila alam kung ssan ito.

Ayon sa pagkakaalam ko, ang Ninoy Aquino Stadium ay nasa Rizal Sports Complex na matatagpuan sa Malate na malapit sa De La Salle University-Taft at kita pa nga ito sa LRT 1.

Iyan ang Ninoy Aquino Stadium na may 5,000-6,000 taong maaaring umupo, pero like I sa id ito ay bahagi lamang ng Rizal Sports Complex, ang labas ang bonngga dahil may 30,000 tao ang maaaring manood.

'Pilipinas Got Talent' Eere Tuwing Weekends Lang

Next week tapos na nga ang number 1 at biggest reality show ng Pilipinas ang 'Pinoy Big Brother Double Up' pero ang tanong ng marami ano o anu-anong programang papalit rito since the next PBB ay ang 3rd season ng Teen Edition na napapabalitang eere sa Summer this year.



Sa PrimeTime Bida ang papalit rito ay ang Philippine version ng Mexicanovelang 'Rubi', yah I am a fan of the original version that's why I am so excied dito. Sa weekends naman, ang papalit ay ang biggest talent show ng bansa ang 'Pilipinas Got Talent', yes weekends lang sya but I think it has a spin-off show hosted by Marc Abaya, I do not know kung daily ito.

Yes, dalawa na ang House and Lot na ipapamigay sa 'Pinoy Big Brother Double Up', first time ito para sa PBB History. Yung isa ay para sa BIG WINNER (house and lot sa Rizal) at ang isa naman ay para sa Housemate na mananalo sa isang laro at makakamit niya ang isang town house may Pampanga.

The 6 housemates ay kelangang mamiki ng 2 housemates na maglalaban para rito at so far sina Tibo at Johan ang napili nila at maglalaban. Paaawa effect talaga si Johan. Here is the video.

Melai Pasok Na Sa BIG 4 :)

I am sure tuwang-tuwa ang Melason dahil pasok na nga si Melai sa BIG 4 matapos nitong manalo sa Endurance Test for the final round where the last man standing wins.



Tumagala ang nasabing task for 10-11 hours, para di makatulog si Melai ay naglaro sila ng spelling ni Jason, then nagbasa si Jason ng Visayan Bible na tinagalog naman ni Melai then palaging pinapaaalala ni Jason ang 5 things para hinde ito sumuko.



Nang manalo si Melai, umiyak ito gayundin si Jason, so nakakiyak that scene ha, halatang maraming nagdasal na si Melai ang manalo. Pero kailangan di ma-evict si Melai bukas or else the spot will be given to Tibo, na pumangalawa sa laro.

Kahit na excited ako sa 'Kokey @ Ako'

Sa Linggo, 31 January 2010, ay ipapakikilala ng ABS-CBN si Andi Eigenmann bilang isa sa mga bituin na dapat abangan. Siya kasi ang magbibida sa teleserye remake ng 'Agua Bendita'.


Ang balita ko ay ito ang papalit sa 'May Bukas Pa' (JUST CLICK HERE FOR YOU TO KNOW THE ENDING!. Marami ang nag-akala na ang 'Kokey @ Ako' ang papalit rito, pero hinahanda pa daw ito lalo't na busy ang direktor nito na si Direk Wenn Deramas sa 'Habang May Buhay' at 'Hating Kapatid'.

ABS-CBN Reporter Cheryl Cosim Lilipat Sa TV5

I do not know if it's confirmed or not. Balitang lilisanin na ni Cheryl Cosim ang ABS-CBN (News and Current Affairs) para lumipat sa TV 5, na mag-uumpisang mag-reformat sa April at may studio sa may Pioneer. Matagal din ang tinagal ni Cheryl sa Kapamilya. Ang isa sa mga dating head ng News Dept. ng Kapamilya na si Luchi Cruz ay nasa TV 5 na rin, kasama pa nga ito sa Christmas Party last month.
