Little Lisa Tucker is all grown up. The Season 5 singer turned 21 years old on June 13. The Lion King alum was only 16 years old when she appeared on American Idol. While on the show, Lisa found success with songs by Jennifer Holliday, The Jackson 5, and Tiffany Taylor. She made it all the way to tenth place, so she got to spend the summer touring the nation with the rest of the Top 10 Idols, where she impressed fans with her guitar and piano skills.

Since appearing American Idol, Lisa has found success as a TV actress, with recurring roles on Zoey 101 and The Game. In addition, she has been working on her music under R&B star Ne-Yo and his production team.

Carrie Underwood Wins Big at the CMT Music Awards

Shes done it again! Season 4s American Idol Carrie Underwood added two more awards to her growing collection. On June 9^th, Carrie was awarded two CMT Music Awards one for Video of the Year with Cowboy Casanova, as well as the CMT Performer of the Year award for Temporary Home (from Invitation Only). This is Carries second time receiving the top honor Video of the Year and she was the only person to take home two awards this year.

Kris Allen Charts at #1 Again

Season 8s American Idol, Kris Allen, charted at #1 for the third time. His debut single, Live Like Were Dying, landed at #1 on Billboards Adult Top 40 Recurrents chart. In April, Kris Allen made his debut at #1 on the Billboard charts when Live Like Were Dying topped the Christian Digital Songs and Christian/Gospel Digital Songs charts.

At the Season 9 finale, Kris performed his second single, The Truth, and then performed Together We Are One with the fellow Idol winners and alumni. View photos of Kris performance.

With Kris addition to the charts, the American Idol contestants have now accumulated 273 #1s to date.
