The best ‘Pants on the Ground’ cover yet!

We've gotta hand it to Jimmy Fallon. Costumed as a spot-on Neil Young, his skillful reinterpretation of General Larry Platt's instant sensation "Pants on the Ground" nearly made us split ours!

Fallon debuted the Neil Young character on "Late Night" a few weeks back when he sang the "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" theme. Being a big "Idol" fan, according to an insider, the NBC host thought, "This seemed like the perfect time to use it again." Check it out:
