Acer Aspire One 532h, Mid-Range Netbook With Performance Graphics and Processor Chip Posted: 14 Dec 2009 03:24 PM PST According to the information that I got, the latest Netbook from Acer, Aspire One 532h will soon go into some online retailers, with Intel Pine Trail-M platform package. Also, Pine Trail-M platform is claimed by Intel would be more solid, more power efficient and more cost-effective. Based on Acer’s information, Aspire One 532h netbook will be present at CES 2010 next month (January). This smart netbook features with LED backlight screen size 10.1-inch WSVGA, which support the color resolution of 1280×720 pixels. To result the high performance, Aspire one 532h is packaged with a latest Intel Atom N450 processor, which actually will be named as Pineview chip. Also informed that N450 Intel Atom chip / Pineview is built with 45nm process, integrate memory controller and Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 in the same place. Others specs are also equipped with Intel GMA 3150 graphics card, that promising HD picture playback at 1280×720 pixels screen resolution. Pineview Atom N450 chip also supports for DDR2 memory with 667MHz FSB. Thermal Design Power rating of Pineview will be higher because the CPU and the graphics are in the same place. You need to know more complete specs of this mini laptop, Acer Aspire One 532h like 1GB of RAM, 160 or 250GB HDD, Wi-Fi connection, card reader, Bluetooth, 3 USB 2.0 ports, D-sub connector, webcam, Windows 7 Starter Edition OS and 3-6 cells of battery. Price of Aspire One 532h is about $440, a little more expensive than the previous product Aspire One 531h. |
