Having watched season two this summer in normal definition gave me a good comparison for the Blu-Ray version. While the Blu-Ray is not perfect, fans of Star Trek should get their money’s worth with the second season on Blu-Ray. “CSI: The Ninth Season” Blu-ray Review Posted: 24 Sep 2009 09:25 AM PDT
As with most crime dramas, I prefer to watch them off DVD (or in this case Blu-ray) whenever I’m in the mood for a procedural. “CSI” has always been one of my favorites and it’s the first one I start watching when the DVDs and Blu-rays are released each year. “CSI” is getting a bit old and inconsistent (almost all shows nine seasons in have the exact same problems) but it’s still one of the best crime dramas on the air.
