What I’ll Be Watching This Fall: Tuesday

Posted: 15 Sep 2009 03:02 AM PDT

Watch Live:

  • 8/7c-Shark Tank/V
  • 9/8c-Melrose Place
  • 10/9c-Nothing Live or Ghost Lab (Discovery Channel)

Watch Online or Off Tape:

  • NCIS
  • Ghost Lab (Discovery Channel)
  • NCIS: Los Angeles
  • The Biggest Loser
  • Scare Tactics (Syfy)
  • The Jay Leno Show
  • The Forgotten
  • The Good Wife

Tuesday is always one of the worst nights for TV Fans but this year’s schedule is even worse. I like “Shark Tank” and enjoyed the “V” pilot but its a little sad when the completely average “Melrose Place” is my 8 o’clock show. There isn’t even anything to watch live at 9 unless Discovery’s new paranormal show “Ghost Lab” is any good. Another sign of how terrible Tuesday is, the first show I’ll probably watch off tape is one I haven’t ever watched before (”NCIS”). Because of the lack of quality shows and the good things I’ve heard about it, I’m willing to give it and its spinoff a chance. The other shows I’ll be watching are either average (”Scare Tactics”), starting to get a bit stale (”The Biggest Loser”), or new shows that I’m not really looking forward to (”The Forgotten,” “The Good Wife”).

What (if anything) will you be watching on Tuesdays this fall?

America’s Got Talent Final Performances (September 14th, 2009)

americasgottalent Americas Got Talent Final Performances (September 14th, 2009)

The finals are here at last. While the episode was quite boring (what did you expect with so many boring singing acts), I do have to admit that several performers gave their best performances of the competition. While I think the competition is a little more muddled after tonight’s performances, I think the winner is going to come down to three performers. My thoughts on the final performances, who I would like to win the competition, and who I think will win the competition are after the break.
