Role: Application Team Lead

Technical Skills:

* C#, Asp.Net 2.0/3.5/4.0 Windows Forms, Web Service, AJAX, XML, HTML & Java script, SQL Server 2005/2008.
* Ability to write complex SQL Queries/stored procedures, UDF”s, Triggers etc.
* Involvement in complete life cycle of the project.
* Experience in Infragistics will be added advantage.
* Experience in Disease management/US Health insurance domain will be added advantage.

Behavioral Skills:

* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to learn fast/learn new skills/understand domain.
* Good communication skills.

Roles & Responsibility:

* Understand the goals and tasks; make attempts to complete the assigned tasks and goals within stipulated time.
* Prepare low level design document.
* Assist junior members in implementation.
* Coordinate with the development and testing team.
* Review the work done by the team members
* R & D/ learning new tool versions and exploring alternatives.
* Generate and send timely reports to the respective managers.
* Validate the documents created with the respective teams.
* Ensure delivery deadlines are met.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
* Total at least 4-6 years” experience in the software industry, out of which 1-2 years” experience as team lead role.
