Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science only from Top engineering college .

Strong understanding of CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms and programming languages).

Worked for Product based Company (mandatory) and have Rich hands-on programming experience in Java or another object oriented language (Java/C++/.Net)

Fluency in day-to-day development on Linux platform. Familiarity with Java IDEs like Netbeans or Eclipse a plus.

Firsthand experience with messaging and asynchronous architectures.

Firsthand experience developing distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications in a 24/7 environment.

Understanding of performance/space tradeoffs and browser compatibility issues.

Understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) and Design Patterns.

Strong leadership skills, sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
