| Happy Birthday, Brandon Rogers! Posted: 09 Dec 2011 11:19 PM PST Season 6 finalist Brandon Rogers celebrates his birthday on Sunday, December 11. While on American Idol, Brandon received much praise for his smooth R&B vocals and he made it all the way to the Top 12. Brandon used his Idol experience to further his career in entertainment. The Los Angeles resident started his career in the music industry as a backup vocalist performing with some of the biggest pop artists including Christina Aguilera, Anastacia, Justin Timberlake, and more. Multi-talented, Brandon does more than just sing. He is an accomplished pianist and songwriter who has penned songs for former Idol Anoop Desai, as well as worked as a host and actor. He co-hosted Idol Tonight for the TV Guide Network and has appeared as a guest star on shows such as Fox’s BONES. Brandon co-hosted the American Idol Season 10 Finale red carpet along with Season 9′s Didi Benami. Currently, he is working on his solo record and is part of the pop band, SO & SO. Happy Birthday, Brandon!

| Happy Birthday, Katie Stevens! Posted: 09 Dec 2011 11:19 PM PST Season 9′s Katie Stevens is growing up before our eyes. The Middlebury, CT native was just 16 when she auditioned for American Idol in Boston, and yesterday she turned 19! With an amazing first audition of “At Last” by Etta James, Katie instantly won over many viewers. Each week, the high school student performed with the maturity of a singer twice her age. With solid performances of songs like “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Wild Horses,” and “Let It Be,” Katie made it to eighth place in the competition. Due to her Top 10 standing, Katie spent the summer traveling the country with the American Idols LIVE! 2010 Tour. She showed her young and fun side by singing Demi Lovato’s “Here We Go Again” and Christina Aguilera’s “Fighter.” After the tour, Katie moved to Los Angeles, and has written many songs. We saw Katie throughout Season 10, as she attended shows and walked the red carpets. She even became best friends with Season 10′s Lauren Alaina! Happy Birthday, Katie! | Jeremy Piven On ‘Entourage’ Movie: ‘That’s the Rumor Right Now’ (VIDEO) Posted: 09 Dec 2011 11:18 PM PST Filed under: TV Replay  Despite the somewhat underwhelming ‘Entourage,’ finale, fans of the show (and the cast themselves) have been clamoring for a post-script movie. So when Jeremy Piven stopped by ‘The Talk’ (weekdays, syndicated on CBS) to promote his new film ‘I Melt You,’ the ladies had to ask about the ‘Entourage’ project. Piven was optimistic but vague about the potential film. “We’re teed up for a movie in a way that, you know, Ari has this conundrum that he’s facing,” Piven said, “which is either to rule the world or to honor his love to his wife.” Just to clarify, Sheryl Underwood asked, “So the movie’s going to happen?” and Piven, without giving a solid confirmation, responded in the affirmative. “That’s the rumor right now.”

“I’m incredibly proud of my hard working and talented staff, and proud of the show we were able to produce every day,” Berkus said in a statement. The daytime talk show, somewhat of a spin-off from ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show, is the lowest rated talk show on air right now. During the November sweeps period, it averaged about 1.4 million viewers.

| Kelly Preston Drops 39 Pounds with Kirstie Alley’s Help Posted: 09 Dec 2011 11:18 PM PST New mom Kelly Preston showed off her slimmed-down body on “Good Morning America” on Friday, saying she lost a whopping 39 pounds. With a little help from BFF Kirstie Alley’s healthy weight loss program, Organic Liaison, Preston was able to lose the baby weight, and is now thinner than she was before she became pregnant.  Kelly, who is now a spokesperson for Organic Liaison, recalled how she broke the baby news to husband John Travolta. “I crawled into bed… I had gone to the doctor and found out. [John] was still sleeping and when he woke up, I said, “We’re pregnant.” Preston paused and began tearing up, adding, “It was so special. It was so wonderful.” Preston gave birth to son Benjamin last year in November, after their eldest son, Jett, died in 2009 at the age of 16. The couple also have daughter Ella Bleu, 11, together.
